Payment terms and conditions

You agree to abide by all guidelines, orders, operating procedures, policies, and instructions regarding ordering goods through the platform, including any amendments to the foregoing issued by us, and you are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the obligations of such changes when they are published on the platform. These terms and conditions of payment apply only to orders and payments made between you and the seller.

1. You agree to pay for the goods using a credit or debit card that is legal tender.

2. You agree not to cancel the payment at any time unless the order between you and the seller does not comply with the terms, the goods are not delivered, or the goods you receive differ significantly from the description you received from the seller, at the seller's discretion.

3. You acknowledge that a refund for a successfully completed payment can only be issued if the seller agrees and formally requests a refund.

4. You acknowledge that all refunds will be processed through the original payment mechanism and made to the person who made the payment.

5. You acknowledge that there is no guarantee that refunds will be credited to your account on a timely basis. Processing times may take time and depend on the individual bank and/or payment provider processing the refund.

Return and exchange policy

Once an order has been confirmed, the company reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns.
